Applicable law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of any dispute, the competent courts of Portugal shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the buyer's country of residence within the European Union.

Consumer rights — European Union
Buyers located in the European Union benefit from the mandatory consumer protections established by EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery for standard products. Personalised or custom-made products are exempt from this right under Article 16(c) of the same Directive.

All product designs, CAD models, photographs, and content published on this website are the exclusive property of Hyperfil3D. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Liability limitation
Hyperfil3D makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, compatibility information, and images are accurate. However, we cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper installation, use outside the intended application, or incompatibility caused by incorrect vehicle information provided by the buyer.
