Shipping policy

All orders ship from Portugal within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Worldwide shipping is available.

Shipping rates: Portugal €4.99 · Europe €7.99 · USA $14.99 · Rest of the world €9.99. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

A tracking number is provided for all orders upon dispatch.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–7 business days within Europe and 7–15 business days internationally. These are estimates; delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services may occur, and we will help you follow up with the carrier if needed.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hyperfil3d@gmail.com and we will help you resolve it.
