Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days): If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you (or a person indicated by you) receive the goods. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by email to hyperfil3d@gmail.com (you may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory).

Condition: Please return the items unused, in their original condition and packaging. You may be liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.

Return shipping: The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in those cases, return shipping is covered by Hyperfil3D. Please send the goods back within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.

Refunds: We will refund all payments received, including the original standard shipping cost, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (usually within 5–7 business days). We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of shipment. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Personalised items: Products made to order with custom specifications (name, number, colour or other buyer-specified modifications) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c). This does not affect your rights if the product is defective or not as described.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity.
