Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery for standard products.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in original condition and original packaging.

Return shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent — in those cases, return shipping is covered by Hyperfil3D.

Personalised items: Products made to order with custom specifications (name, number, colour, or other buyer-specified modifications) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c).

Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a full replacement or refund promptly.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

To start a return: Contact us via the shop messaging system before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
